Welcome to the Fifth Dynasty of Fanatican Government, beginning on turn 100 and ending when and if power is wrested from my irongrip-grasp.

As you all know I have the position of Military Dude. :viking:

So far the agenda is War! just after this term ends. Thus its my job to make sure that happens well.

So here's what I need to know:
How many turns until war is to be started, and
How many of what units will we have when war starts?

I want to get the wheel ASAP.
I want to get iron flowing to the mainland ASAP.
I want to build either med. inf. or knights depending on resources and make up some plans possibly about kicking C3B's butt!

Knights would be a lovely asset, but I feel I just need to know what I'm gonna be working with, without regards to the actually process of getting my army. Bear in mind I care more about settlers than swords--but my domestic agenda isn't what my focus needs to be. :viking:

Well, I have proposed that we just settle every possible spot ASAP, then build up our military.

Another thought. If C3B if so reluctant to settle in the north, how about we tell one of the others (when we find them) about the vacancy? That way, they gain a big foothold on our continent. With C3B right on the border and CFC all the way south, who will they be more willing to ally?

This can only work to our advantage... C3B would have to aggressively expand into the entire northland..... in doing so there military would certainly suffer...

akots, tell me the projected workable unit count for the end of this term! :viking:

 You tell me!

We have an alternative of building markets or units. Since we need to hook up iron and probably would like to upgrade some warriors to swords markets seem to be a better choice for now. But we already have 3 AC and will have 5 more for total 8.

I would say that this is a huge force in any case either attacking or defending. We also have 4 essentially non-upgradeable JTs and a bunch of warriors, mostly regular but iirc 4 or 5 veteran and one conscript from the hut on iron island. Regulars would be needed for MP duty.

We also need a few settlers and some workers. We are currently paying 11gpt army upkeep.

After the harbor in Chrys is finally finished, we should start on building veteran troops (swords apparently) in TF, Capital, Rytty and Savannah. Hope by that time, all these cities would have markets up and running and would be at least close to size 7. Unfortunately, Savannah need a duct to grow beyond this size. I estimate these cities can run at 6-10 spt which is not that bad. Or course, Golden Age would greatly help us.

We always have an option of building a few spears and upgrade them to pikes but pikes are no match for Immortals.

I would suggest you make a plan, present it and let's then discuss it with numbers and build orders. Then, we can either approve or disapprove the whole thing by voting on it.

If savannah needs duct tape, give it duct take ;)

First save I get a copy of (just signed up for it), I'll start designing a plan. :viking:

I'd like to see markets up and running too as they'll help us with financial matters. Also, they'll make our abundant luxuries much more valuable! ;)

I'll forward you personally one right away. C3B are recently holding the game for at least 24 hours, so there is enough time to analyze before it becomes obsolete. Just make sure you don't move units in it. I've changed a few things there, not sure which exactly but mostly to speed up the builds. At least you can have some idea at how we are doing.

They just played it ;)

I don't think there is a Hydro on this team. :viking:

well I don't really know what a chieftom is, nor calvary nor regiement ;)

but yes, you can be chieftain of a cavalry regiment, even if that means you don't get to do anything :viking:

Honorable Hygro, Warlord of Fanatica

I humbly offer my rendered services as a national security advospr to our proud nation, and please assign me any analytical tasks for conducting various operations or miitary developments in order to ascertain our objectives.

Due to a catastrophic turn of events in my own life, I'm going to have to resign from my position. If I am to appoint a successor, then my appointment shall be whoever wins the plurality of the popular vote--you know, our exact election cycle. If its not up to me to appoint, then team captain, do your thing.

Too bad, because I wanted to plan an elaborate attack to counter the City of Gods plan.
