New Wonder: East India Company
 This was a request... who made it? My brains hurt!  Anyways, I made different flags for each country, who had their own company in East India. In addition two generic flags, one blue and one red. If you are picky about these sort of things. This was one of the most difficult buildings I've done but I guess I'm about 90% satisfied with it.  Zip has needed icons and txt entries.
