I chose the civ at random, so don't ask why i chose england. And don't think i'm a female, Englands leader just happened to BE female. Any ways no rule changes, exept i was using conquests.
In the story every square equals 100 miles (about 62 km). A basic unit is a squad, two squads in a division. Each citezen is equal to 500 people.

4000bc- Elizabeth looked over her city and smiled. It was a perfect spot, vinyards in the city, vineyards to the west and northwest, a river flowing beside it. A group af cows feeding 200 miles north. Then she gazed at her residents. the population was a modest 500, but she knew that someday that number would be over 3000!
3650bc- "Gentlemen, I present to your a novel idea." Elizabeth said to her advisors. "Let's say that one of those little barbarian villages, with it's little barbarians suddenly decide to try to take our gold, what would we do?"
"Pick citezens at random to defend?" Henry the science advisor said.
"No, unfortuntly those savages would plow right through our hapless people."
"umm... well then..."
"WELL WHAT!!"
The advisors looked at each other, they didn't have a clue.
"What we'd do," Elizabethh spoke, "is we'd have a group of people ready to fight back, TRAINED people."
"Ha were would we get someone who COULD train them?" Betty the domestic advisor scoffed.
Elizabeth smiled, "I have one, George, come out here."
The advisors gasped as a man armed with a stone ax walked into the room.
"This is George, he's my new MILITARY advisor, HE will train the people to fight."
"But where?" Henry asked.
"At the new barracks we have just built!" George boomed.
"Quite." Said Elizabeth.
"Why were we not notified?" the advisors asked in unison.
"Because," replied Elizabeth, "every single one of you had a differant idea on what to build and I didn't want you to get angry. Meeting agourned!"
With that the Queen left.
NOTE: if the chapters seem short it's because I write as I play, and I amazingly have a life other than civ3, also I know how hard it is to try to start reading a story after missing the first few posts.
