I have always used Krayzeebnk's popheads. I think they are the best.

I like Taé Shala's idea of marking the specialist citizens with their nationality.

So here is Krayzeebnk's popheads with the specialist citizens nationality marked.

Here is a preview, the smilies are civ colour and the happier the brighter, you can see what the ethnic content of your cities is at a glance.

I was playing a game that had a better demostration of the popheads with civ colours and thought that I should post it. As you can see I was being a bit of a war monger in this game and if you can't guess, I'm blue.
