New cities should start production on a courthouse, military unit, or temple, up to the DP's discretion (it doesn't really matter because it won't finish this turnchat anyways)

I would suggest moving military units around as MPs to control potential riots in Sto'vo'kor and Windurst before their current production completes

All upgrades should total 400 Gold, more or less.

* Please mine the grassland S-SW of Fanatikku to get it off of the awful 17 uncorrupted spt. Just 1 more spt allows Samurai in 4 instead of 5 turns.
* When Zojoji has finished Copernicus or has grown, please have it on 20 uncorrupted spt. That means Caravels in 2.
* Please clear the jungle NW and N-NW of Fanatikku and mine + road those tiles. Fanatikku needs shields and not food.
* Please cut down the forest E-NE of Furuyama when it is building the aquaduct. If possible, road and irrigate that tile. (possible irrigation route is the desert South of that tile and the desert S-E of that tile.

The Caravels and the muskets are preparartions for the "foothold on the other continent". The settler of Fanatikku is for the great jump as well. And so are the Samurai.

Special DP right
If any of Zarnia's cities can be "smarter" micro-managed; the DP is free to do so, if (and only if) we are wasting food or shields.
