Luxury is to be set at 0 unless a Luxury Resource is pillaged or at least 3 of the following Cities are either in disorder or have Specialists curbing Disorder: Roma, Faantikku (2), Furuyama, Doomsville, Immo (2), Epolenep, Zojoji, Odawara, Shorin-Ryu, Regent, Corrino (2), Osgiliath, En'Gha (2), Sto'vo'Kor (2), Windurst, Pete, Manchai. In which case, it can be set to 10%

Also, I will NOT permit tribute allowances of 150 Gold per Civ. Domestic is currently only willing to part with no more than 50 Gold (with an allowance for slight fudge room i.e. 1-3 Gold)

JS Bach was built in Marsielles (yes, the tundra town). A Russian galley has been spotted off our coast, too. We also established the 3 above mentioned embassies. We also flipped Hlobane!
The reason I went to turn 11 is because, after asking the galley to leave a few times ("...or declare war" option was on) was that it kept coming back. Experience told me that war was indeed likely.
We now have cavs (but none yet - they need to be upgraded). The Dawn of the Industrial Age is upon us!
