FortyJ has kept silent what team is accused, what member is accused and what team has filed the accusation. We do the same.

Please also note that we have a specific subforum over there at the UN, which can be only acessed by the team members registered at CDG. Same goes for the access to the official investigation thread but Ankka can add more users once CDG registration by the user is complete. IIRC, I had problems trying to register at CDG but they were resolved in a prompt manner with the help of Ankka and FortyJ.

We can also continue discussions regarding the investigation and accusation issues here or in some other thread.

What is unlcear at present, is that whether the evidence has been found substantial enough to justify the "guilty" ruling as well as who would be responsible for the ruling itself. Apparently FortyJ has substantial authority on this matters. When it might subsequently come to the "punishment" ruling, there is high probability that it will be team ejection due to the high rank of the accused person for a prolonged period of time not mentioning direct interference with the decision making for the other team by voting on the polls.

However, identity issues are somewhat confusing, as we all probably know. So, the question of "is there enough direct proof" always remains. Apparently, at present, the C3B team might be contacted by the game Admins including their distinguished capitain Pggar who is known as a trustworthy and reliable team captain or other C3B team members at the discretion of the Admin. This might either provide additional evidence supporting the accusation or would enable to obtain other knowledge which might as well disprove the accusations.

Please also note that by no means should any information obtained through the UN threads intended only for the Group 2 discussion and CFC team discussion be passed to the other team members for which this information is not intended since it might be considered as a violation of the CDG user policy (at least this is what I understood from the CDG forum rules).

So, after the request you should be added to the usergroup at CDG within 24h.

If it takes longer, be patient, but over 48h will be bad and then you can post a note about it.

Thanks for adding me. I'm not going to comment on the modcp; you aren't supposed to see it but this situation forced me to show it. I'm not going to give details about the modcp. I hope you understand.

We can keep an update here probably for what is going on there.

To release the burden on Ankka; if you want to access the forum, please register first and PM Ankka your login there and the request to be added. I know from experience posts in a thread can be looked over (Goonie ), but PM's usually aren't.

The more information FortyJ mentioned in the post above are the following:
- the name of the member accused
- meeting that should take place in the near future as soon as we find each other online so he can give me more details.

Since I have no info at all besides the name of the person accused, I don't think this is the right time for an official response.

For now, I can express my thoughts:
- this is an extremely serious accusation.
- the member in question has a spotless reputation in our forum, and since I have no proves in my hand at this moment, I have to say this is probably a huge mistake.
- if it becomes clear that the said member really did the things he's being accused of, he'll be expelled from the team and most likely from the forum, and C3B will accept any rullings from the admins of this game.

That said, if the accusations prove to be a phony or don't have enough support, C3B will have to rethink the whole ISDG idea as well.

I'll be trying to contact Forty and Elucidus today.
