I like this... I like this very much... how to use it though... I could make this a Greek wonder that spits out Hoplites... but the Greeks aren't a warrior civilization really (in Civ3 terms).... or it could be a city improvement that spits out Hoplites... either way...
Hmm... in my mod, I'm trying to give all civilizations improvements that reflect their civ traits... Greece is the standard Commercial and Scientific...
So I usually try to make civ-specific buildings have a primary and a secondary function... the primary function is whatever the normal city improvement would do. The secondary function is the bonus given based on the civilization's traits.
For example: no matter what primary function the Aztec buildings have whether to pacify civilians, give scientific boosts, or increase tax revenue, they all have a war benefit as well. Similarly, the American buildings, regardless of their function, also give a small productivity boost.
So maybe this Greek military building can have an added scientific benefit...
