(or is that 1700GMT in some places? Or is that 1900 like GA says? I hate this time of year...)
980AD - Previous Turnchat

1090AD - Gamesave

DP's Instruction - Come dressed in your Halloween costume! End of Term Halloween Party after the chat! :D

Epolenep: University, Worker, Cavalry
Laborer: move from diamond mountain to river hills for additional food.

Regent Town: Cav, Musket, Worker, Musket

Nihilon, Manchai: no change from save

Gerunshi: Aquaduct, Library, Marketplace

Drachenfels: Marketplace, Worker, Aquaduct

Requested Worker actions: please Mine 2 hills and a Diamond mountain (south) near Epolenep. Mine 2 hills near Manchai including the horse. Mine the hill to the SW of Regent Town. Mine the hill next to Nihilon. Maybe also cut down the forest South of Regent town & road + mine it - that way we get 10 shields, the same food/production, and +1 commerce .

Thoughts for the population at large: Gerunshi is now in a culture showdown and has only a temple. Should we concentrate on culture instead of growth?

Good luck to Ginger_Ale next term and thanks for being a great deputy.

Osgiliath: worker, cavalry
when the worker finishes, MM for maximum shields
try to acheive WLTQD by using a specialist

Sto'vo'kor: library, worker, university
switch two coasts to grassland by river
try to MM for maximum shields

Windurst: library, cathedral

Pete: cathedral, library
switch desert to coast
when Pete reaches size 12, switch flood plain to another tile (probably grassland)

Bentropolis: cavalry, cavalry

Kagemusha: courthouse
use the flood plain once Pete doesn't need it

Grumpypuss: harbor, courthouse

Swazi: wealth
keep it growing so it will reach size 3
if the Zulu laborer assimilates, produce workers

Suggested worker actions:
mine desert, grassland, and hill near Osgiliath
mine grassland and chop jungle near Sto'vo'kor (please don't irrigate the desert, I would rather irrigate the flood plains and mine the desert)
mine grassland and chop jungle near Windurst
mine grassland and hills near Pete
mine hills and grassland near Bentropolis
connect Kagemusha and Grumpypuss by roads
irrigate near Kagemusha

New cities should start production on a courthouse, military unit, or temple, up to the DP's discretion (it doesn't really matter because it won't finish this turnchat anyways)

Now I just have to decide on a costume.

FA's Deputy's instructions

None at the moment but will be expanded if the FAs Leader does not post in time before the deadline

Demands
Refuse any demand from civs that pose no threat to us and/or in another contenent. If the Civ is demanding something and is bordering us and/or on the same contenent; Do not give up techs, maps, cities, and gold greater than 50g (Value of gold is yet to be decided upon the Leader and will change if he sees fit). If they declare war on us, please follow the procedure as followed in the below paragraph entitled "If war is declared on us".

If war is declared on us
If another civilization that is bordering us and/or on the same contenent declares war on us. Halt the chat imedeately. Special case if the Iroquois declares war on us: If the Ministry of Defense has any plans for the war against the Iroquois in the event that they do declare war on us, proceed with the chat. If the Ministry of Defense does not provide any plans for the war against the Iroquois in the event they declare war on us, halt the chat.

Trade:
We have successfully managed to sap our opponents dry of thier "vital fluids" (cash). Therefore, Trade has no trades to report as of now.
However, do go ahead and do the normal check.

NOTE: I will not be at the chat, as I have to take my younger siblings trick and/or treating.

Science Ministry
Continue researching magnetism, then get Theory of Gravity. I may add another tech on after discussion, but I believe I should let Civman have the industrial age, i got the middle ages

Black_Hole, Signing off as Science Minister :) :)

Well, I will be leaving the FA Ministry for the beakered laboratories of science, but my final instructions will leave a nice legacy for incoming minister Donovan Zoi (assuming he does win the election, which looks likely)

Ask the Iroquois very nicely to leave. My hunch is that this will lead to a declaration of war on their part. This will allow minister Civanator to eliminate most of their initial attack wave with our Stack of Samurai.

Maintain existing relations with all other nations.

Subject to update following outcome of various polls.

Chatlog

Summary: Due to the tie poll for the FP, the FP was overridden (also, the first FP poll was still binding, and now that we have Veii...) We have also taken Mauch Chaunk, and several other Iroquois cities, including 2 wonders! Our cavs and samurai are steamrolling through the Iroquois lands right now. Speaking of Steam, we're also the first to the Industrial Age!

(Screenies to come)

Victory! In Overtime! Well, at the TC, we decided to go for Oil Springs (just one more city syndrome), being it's a capital, and too close to our wonder city. ...and wouldn't you know it? Cyc was right! Knightmare was spawned! Tojo is now in a secure and undisclosed location (well, Cumae).
