Strider has approached the Judiciary to review his proposed Constitutional Amendment to Article K. Discussion about this amendment can be found here
During Judicial Review (DG5JR#26)the Court did not find any conflicts with existing legislation, and therefore brought this amendment to the House of the People

Every registered citizen is allowed to vote on this Constitutional Amendment. A voter can either vote 'yes', 'no', or abstain from voting.
As prescribed by Article I of the Constitution, citizens will be able to vote in this poll in the four coming days.
In order to grant this poll a legislative status the quorum of 18 voters is required.
In order to pass this amendment, an approval percentage of 67% is required.

reversible game actions (i.e. build queues) that adhere to legal instructions
can be prepared offline.
1. A turnchat instruction thread must be created at least 3 days before
the chat.
a. All official instructions must be posted in the current turnchat
instruction thread. Instructions must be clear and defined.
b. Officials must post their instructions at least one hour before the
Turnchat. However, offcials may make changes to their instructions up
to an hour before the chat, so long as those changes are noted.
2. The Designated Player shall be charged with the creation of a date and
time for all public turnchats.
