here is my latest work. Im trying to release 3 leadethead by sunday! I hope you like this one, I like the Meiji era, and the ruler. I will do the PXCs tonight or tomorrow.

its when the shogun steps down, the samurai class ends and in a short time japan go from a 1600s country, to a super power. it is the begining of modern japan.

I just included your leaderhead in the latest release of my Rising Sun scenario. I hope you don't mind. Anyway, while it looks great, I discovered that sometimes areas of black dots show up in the flics. Would it be possible to fix this?

I don't know. I only saw the ancient one. It was still much better than the original! Have you looked at it in game? Give it a try and if you don't see anything I'll post a screen.
