Conclusion : never disagree with Aki Zeta-5 suggestions when she has several planetary busters.

Several turns, as there was a war between Aki Zeta-5 and Svengaard (i wanted to have fun capturing his sea bases , despite i had always a lot of Planetary Buster stocked).
During the time of this battle, a volcano appeared and the water submerged a lot of land.

The other factions were ravaged in 2/3 turns by the Planetary Buster rain.

I think they should have accepted my supreme ruling suggestion

By your screenshot (unless colors have been changed), both the Usurpers and Caretakers were still alove when you tried to elected Supreme Leader. It's impossible to win a diplomatic victory as long as there are Progenitor factions still alive.

Yes you are right, actually the impossibility of a diplomatic election was just a pretext Aki Zeta-5 used to annhilate the opposition and assimilate the survivors

That was a valid move according to the "Diplomacy for dummies" book , Aki Zeta-5 said to defend that decision
