Or as generic arctic infantry or something for a few different countries.

The American Rifleman is much closer in appearance to the Swedish army uniform m/39 (just a bit more graybrowngreen). The only thing the Swedish Rifleman had in common with the German was the Mauser rifle...

Not like a defeated country has that much of a choice- but quite a few volunteered for the new Norwegian army, and even for the German army during the German occupation. The French and British were particularly pissed off when realising the poor Norwegian fighting morale against German troops.
