Evening, folks...

I've decided to work a little on Midnight Piper's "mine tile"(you can see the thread here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=97683)...I like the idea of mines as a representation of "industry".

One caveat however; I am afraid that I may have made it a little too "busy"; :crazyeye: I leave it to you to decide:

any credit given must go to someone else, of course. The buildings are part of the city view "filler" I found while surfing through the CivIII/art/Cities files...

EDIT 12/25/2004: there is a smaller version on post # 8
EDIT 01/10/2005: and another one on post # 12

for my opinion it's awsome!!!!!!!!!again u have done it !!!! but what is the thing next to the horse mine .is it a barbarian camp?????, it is very good too

fuad: thanks! I aim to please. ;) As for those buildings between the iron and horse mines; that's a goody hut...I'm not sure from where, though. I've already replaced those with Pounder's goodyhuts.

@Morfos: thank you!

its great Mr. Hyperbole (love ur sn by the way) but its too large. it makes the game crowded and looks like there are cities everywhere. But, if thats what you were aiming for.......................

much better! i personally will not use them as mine graphics because i already have some mine graphics that i like. i took the diplomacy screen's symbol for resources and pasted it into the mine square. it looks about 500 times better than the Firaxis graphic that shipped with CivIII, PTW, and C3C and it is (IMHO) on par with yours. I am going to use yours, instead, as a new ruins graphic.

A NEW RUINS GRAPHIC?! I'M INSULTED! :joke: ;)

Could you post a screen shot of what you use for graphics? I'm curious to try it.

Nice graphics!
This my first post. :crazyeye:

thnx! you are certainly welcome to use them. i wish i could give credit for them but I have long forgotten the creators of the downloaded gfx. (i never thought id upload them! haha) If you would like, I can upload them so that you can use them.

Oh! Welcome to Civfanatics, the absolute best Civilization site on the Internet!!! (no offense to CDG and Apolyton people but Civfanatics easily takes the title of "Best Civ Site on the Web." no question!)

and to Mr Hyperbole the last mine graphics are the best i'm actually using these , great work
