@BE I think Steve Allen invented the late night talk show, but you are right he set the current standards.

Yes, with the best medical care money could buy. You and I would do worse. Had he not smoked he might have live another 10 or more years. If that matters.

Someone on Television touched your life? I usually have to know someone or have a relationship with someone for them to touch my life and change it.

You know Pasi, anytime you want to jump on a plane to Africa and help those guys out, go for it! That way you won't have to argue with rich white people on the internet where you tell them how morally inferior they are.
 
I get the impression Pasi is a self hating person from what he posts. I try not to take his venom to seriously, mentioning Dufar in a discussion about Johnny Carson is just a ploy to start an arguement.
