Does the vocal structure of a duck allow it to pronounce the spanish rr?

I don't think it is as much a vocal tract problem as it is a tongue problem. But even if ducks did have a trillable tongue, the not having a vocal tract would get in the way as well.

So, to answer your question: No. Ducks can most assuredly not pronounce the Spanish rr.
