Kamikaze Contest: lietkynes vs Portuga (1st round games)

This is the thread for the games of "lietkynes vs Portuga" for the first round of Kamikaze contest.

The game will start very soon (I had to reinstall Windows and everything after a cosmic power surge ).

Also I've never started a PBEM game before, I hope I will do it alright

Hehe, are you suggesting that I played bad ?

West of manila:
The american navy sunk 1 battleship and one heavy cruiser
Our losses were 1 destroyer, 1 submarine and 1 fighter

And a dutch destroyer fired on a paratrooper that landed in one of our islands, slightly wounding him.

I am suggesting that I would own a lot more cities than I got to start with...whether or not you played well, I would have had more cities...

North of singapore:
Batleships bombed and atacked by 2 cruisers and one sub. both battleships survided and we lost the cruiser and the sub.

4 days have passed and I didn't get a turn to play

Well, may be setting some deadline? Like 7 days and then automatic defeat? To whoever remains in the game? I don't like it, but since the game has started and progressed beyond the first turn already, there is little sense to seek replacement. You might consider trying to pm or e-mail lietkynes apparently.

Sorry for the dealy, my brand new pc which I spent 2 days on installing software had the bad habit of giving messages that sounded like "I'm a crap and I'm going to turn off now, bye bye".

Funny it seems all Allies have had troubles with the Dutch navy which proved very ineffective... Either we are all dumbs or the Dutch always have a bad RNG or it is hardcoded somewhere ???

Funny the netherlands navy in Gnarf versus augrey (read Hawklord) sank a transport, carrier, sub and 2 CA's up to April 1942 when they lost their 1st sub . They were not super effective but not totally useless either. Maybe that helped with a good recovery for the allies in that game. So the rng can be kind to the Dutch sometimes.
