This is a series of ancient and medieval cities I've made for the Magnamund Mod. Credits to RedAlert, whom I've stolen a fair bit of work from, and PCHighway, who got me some Rise of Nations gfx, which I've used extensively.

Those look really nice. I can't wait to play your mod someday. I hope. Of course even if CIV comes out before you're finished Ill still play it. I usually take a while to switch over to the next version, because mods are scarce at first.

Excellent, excellent!

The way you've combined the different graphics is just perfect, and it makes the cities look amazing. Great work, mrtn!

Looks great. :)
It looks even better in-game. I really like the blending in the third era.

tj, you have a fine way of saying I'm slow and lazy. :p

Well, I am...
 Not my intent really, especially as then I would be calling myself that. I remember posting on my mod thread about finishing my mod around May of 2004. :crazyeye: Looks like I missed that deadline. Still no announcement on my mods completion. Still getting the text out and graphix glitches, as well as new graphix and still waiting on some. My mod might not be done any faster than yours. ;)

those cities look really good ;) i hawe a question that might not be related to this so sry, but how do you open and edit a .pcx file?

You need a program that can handle them, and most importantly, if you want to edit civ3 gfx, it need to be able to handle palettes. The most popular programs are gimp, Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop (which I use).

You'd have to buy Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop, but they might be easier to use. GIMP is free and good enough. It's not too hard with GIMP to edit pcx files either. Just google GIMP and download it.
