It replaces Swordsman, has one extra movement per turn, doesn’t need iron to be done and cost 10 shields more.

In comparing the two here is my take on your hits & misses.

eyes = hit
nose = hit.
general face = mixed... too old looking, but otherwise correct. The wrinkles are too pronounced when she is not smiling
The jaw is the only major miss. wrong shape and size.

Over all a reasonable success at the tough act of rendering a living person.
 
I do think this is a really good one as far as capturing the likeness goes - I thought it was absolutely spot-on the moment I saw it. Although the thought of Helen Clark in that stone-age getup is enough to give me nightmares!
