Easy City Making Template

I think this is the proper place for this. It's a template to easily make cities. The contents of the city grid square are an odd color pink. Make sure to get rid of the nontransparent odd color pink before you use your city in game.

Someone ought to make a .zip with a pack of templates (city, resources, buildings_small/large, popheads, etc.) for new modders...
