In the long term, it seems like we will be shooting for 130,000 culture victory. Discuss, while it may be early, future settlement density, whether we are far from 130k or even if we don't go for 130k.
Questions:
* How many tiles (on average) do you think a city should claim? >12 (needs Hospital), =< 12 (no hospital), or tighter?
* How far apart should future cities be? Does this depend on how close they are to FP / Palace ? Again, as with the first question, do we want them to be far apart and have long-term potential, or would we rather them be placed tightly together and utilize the maximum benefits of a tight build for lots of culture?
* Do we ever want to move the Palace? I will place another discussion for this and FP when we get 14 cities, but for now with early judgement, do you think it is advisable to move the palace since ours is coastal? If so, what is a good area (any range of tiles, or a city (doesn't have to be our nationality))?
- Be advised, in a government besides Communism, far away cities will be corrupt and add to the OCN. Perhaps in the long run Communism is advisable...
