Europe/Middle East 160x100 Twisted 2016-10-05

Notes on the map:

The map could be extended very slightly east and south to give you some room if you want room for an ethiopia/axum civilization and yemen, I made it mostly with the roman empire in mind.

Size is 160 by 100 as was mentioned in the title.

Map is heavily forested, you may want to trim some trees before using.

There are no resources (you can import using editor), starting locations, etc. It is ready to use for a scenario or mod if that is your wish.

I am not going to be updating or making changes as I have with the huge map so if you see something wrong please mention it here and then edit it yourself.

Another great map Civilicious, much in line with the huge one you posted before. I might give it a try when it comes to making scenarios for RFRE. I still wish it would be a bit less twisted, and will certainly add a few squares east so as to includes Persia heartland. Good job!

Ah but you are missing the whole beauty of the twist pink, without it you end up with a bunch of scandinavia and russia which is hard to fill in at this period in time. I am thinking about 5 squares east and south which should give a bit more to the persians and yemen(saba? sheba?) and one or two african civs. Yemen was quite a wealthy country at this period in time, although when the romans took over egypt and control the red sea trade they started to decline.

A request; I've been wanting a good europe map for a while, the big russian section always makes them play too slow and makes russia and the mongols too powerfull.

Only thing is, I've broken my civ 3 conquests disk, can someone post this map in standard civ3 or play the world format? Please?

I tried messing around with the editor and maptweaker to convert it to civ 3 format but didn't have any luck. Hopefully someone who knows how will come upon this and help you out.

A funny variation from the usual perspective, that allows you to see things by other perspective, with a, at first glance, superb quality

Have to use this map!!!
