Yeah, but thats the problem. When I was really young, I didn't think like that, but when i got older, I began to not enjoy things I otherwise would, and still don't as much. (I was thinking of the physical impossiblities in the Lord of the Rings trilogy). So anywords, what is supposed to be a visual display of the imagination gets limited by what we know is possible, therefore limiting one's imagination. That is why children are generally more creative than adults. (Most)Adults are too boged down on what is real to be able to make use of their imaginations and enjoy it.
Look at the Matrix movies. The explaination for all the crazy things they could do was that they were in a virtual reality. People I don't think, would like those movies as much, if they didn't have an explaination for how those things are possible. People give themselves a checklist of creteria that has to be met before they can enjoy something.
Imagination is more important than knowledge.
