india and scandinavia have pretty much the same size in this map but it looks cool anyways

I like the map too, very well done. However, I'm not sure what it could be used for. What comes immediately to my mind is a Mongol-era scenario, that could feature their impact on both Asia and Europe. Also maybe an Alexander scenario. Other than that, everything I think of either does not make use of the map's full potential, or requires even more map (able to travel around South Africa, for example).

Not trying to knock it at all, I think it's great. I'm just curious what plans people have and what scenarios we can look forward to coming out of this.
 
how do I play this with the correct starting locations?
 
it depends what era u want to play, it can be the start of civ to wwii, its really just an open ended map
 
Great map. This would play really well if you imported it into one of the Conquests Scenarios.

Are you planning on adding resources to this map?
 
Resources aren't too much trouble. ;) And anyway, if you can't be bothered placing them yourself, you can always just generate them randomly. :)
 
i like!!

im going to make a scenario from it infact!! all maps i attempt end up crap... this is really something good to work from :)

im thinking something like.. medieval HRE times.. mongols have an empire in recession and european kingdoms fight with each other... explorers explore etc... africa has pirates.... any input would be appreciated
