#1 Person
The Cow
PersonNESIII
After the failure of my other NESes I will make a NES similar to a fresh start NES.
I may follow through on my earlier SW Asian NES later.
History
In 2009 a failure of a Russian early warning system, mistaking a meteor shower for incoming American ICBMs, launched a full-scale retaliatory assault on the USA. This prompted a chain reaction of events. Britain and France, in order to aid their American allies launched an assault against Russia. Russia, in response, launched a large number of nuclear warheads at them. North Korea, sensing its opportunity to attack the West launched a number of nuclear warheads, which has grown to over 120 since 2005, and destroyed the remaining unaffected areas in the USA, France, and the United Kingdom. After this massive nuclear exchange a full-scale nuclear winter was in effect. The whole northern hemisphere was decimated.
But fortunately for the survivors of the nuclear war a large ship, named Colonial1, was in space, awaiting a journey to a nearby solar system, Alpha Centauri. A small fraction of the remaining population and supplies on earth were transported to the ship, which then took off for Alpha Centauri.
The people were cryogenically frozen, so that the trip of 21 years could be completed without starving. Once they arrived the people were placed into a number of pods. Each pod was designed to create a new civilization, realizing that the massive array of people of different religions/ideologies and nationalities, would spark civil wars, or at the very least not be able to decide on a leader. The Colonial1 continued to explore the solar system. This is where our game will begin.
You are the leader of your faction; you can land your pod wherever you wish.

Education
This is a measure of how educated your people are. Educated population will affect your economy in a positive way. Education directly affects the progress of technological advances and projects in the your faction. Education is measured in numbers.. 1 eco invested gives 5 points of Education, but a Project is the best way to boost your Education score.
Economy
This is a measure of how good your nations economy is doing. Each turn, you have eco to spend, which represent a portion of your budget. Note that you automatically spend enough to sustain whatever infrastructure, etc. you have in place. Consider the eco that you spend to be additional. Everything is sustained by your budget, although I sometimes make nasty random events occur, or positive ones, which will randomly change things, but never too drastically. In order to advance to the next eco level, you must invest your eco/turn+1 into your economy.
Example-
3/7 (Youre 4 away from the next eco level)
For quick ecos you may give up an economy and get the amount of ecos from your final eco level (So if you have 7 eco level, you may go down to 6 eco level and get 6 ecos), you are only allowed to do that once per turn though.
Population
Population will positively affect the amount of troops you get. Also it will affect your Industry, Economy, and Agriculture. The only way to increase your population is by having an excess agriculture. A lack of agriculture will diminish your population.
Agriculture
Your agriculture is very important. It helps substation your population. It takes 3 ecos to advance to the next agriculture level.
Famished (-2) Starving (-1) Hungry (0) stable (+1) excess (+N)
Industry
Effects how many vehicles you produce per eco. It requires 5 ecos to get to the next level. It can be changed also by sabotage, population decrease, natural events or war. The best way to improve this is by projects.
Projects
Best way to improve anything, it is similar to other NESes. The way it is set up is invested so far/total cost, turns so far/total turns needed. Please send me the project name/description and estimated time/cost before you put it in your orders.
Military
Your army/navy/special forces (You need to reinvent flight for this new air conditions), you can command it however you want. It is similar to other NESes
Military units
Feel free to create new types via projects.
