name:Ho-chi Mihn
country: Vietnam

name:Empress Tzu Hsi
country:China
information:she was the last empress of China, she cept balance with her struggling China, and did her best in the wars agenst western powers. The Empress also gained much power when she reined.
reason:China has a rich history as an empire, before communism. China reached great heights as a nation before communism and i would like to see that aspect of China reprsented in the game.

name:Empress Wu Ze-tian
country: China
information: She was ruthless in her quest to maintain power, yet an extremely capable ruler. Empress Wu was fair to her subjects, though she was very suspicious of the elites. Under her rule, Buddhism thrived and public works projects were initiated throughout the empire.
reason: While Dowager Empress Cixi often comes to mind when we think about female Chinese rulers, Empress Wu, though a controversial ruler, was among the greatest monarchs in the history of Imperial China. She solidified her claim to power with guile (and ruthlessness) and furthered the prosperity of the golden age of the Tang Dynasty.

*Note that there have been TV series done about Empress Wu. You can base your leaderhead on the pics of the actresses who portrayed her.

Name: Basileios II ('bulgaroctonos') or Basil II
Country: Byzantine empire
Information: Unter his rule (circa 11th century) the empire reached a high point of military power, and its largest extent after the loss of the levant to the arabs. He defeated both arabic and bulgarian enemies.
Reason: He clearly stands out as one of the most capable military-oriented emperors, but also as one of the cruelest. Also he wasnt of latin blood, but of greek, so he could be used to represent the post latinocratic part of the empire better than Justinian, or Theodora. Although Theodora is a bit better looking than thim :D

name:Kaiser Wilhelm II
country: Germany

information: Complementing the era of Empress Tzu Hsi, Wilhelm was to be the last German Kaiser (Emperor) and the last King of Prussia, ruling from 1888, through WWI, to 1918. His rule was noted for his militaristic push to assert German power. He sought to expand German colonial holdings, "a place in the sun". Under the Tirpitz Plan, through the Naval Bills of 1897 and 1900, the German navy was built up to contend with that of the United Kingdom.

reason: His personality and policies oscillated between antagonizing and amusing Britain, France, and Russia. Despite his attitude (also at prior occasions, such as during the military response during Boxer uprising, where Wilhelm managed German Generals to lead the Western forces into combat- while the Kaiser demanded "no prisoners to be taken" so that "no Chinese would ever dare look at a German with a left eye") it is difficult to say that he sought World War I, although he did little to halt it. He had allied with Austria-Hungary and encouraged their hard-line in the Balkans, and although he lost his nerve at the last minute it was too late, and he soon recovered to push his generals for great achievements. During the war he was Commander in Chief but he soon lost all control of German policy and his popularity plunged. An in itself controversial character that deserves a place in the chronic of Civ leaderheads, as a much more flambuoyant figure than Bismarck ever was.

name:Kaiser Friedrich Barbarossa
country: The Holy Roman Empire of German Nation

information: Frederick "Barbarossa" (Italian for "redbeard") was a duke of Swabia, a German King, and Holy Roman Emperor. He spent much of his reign engaged in a long struggle with Pope Alexander III, who sought to establish the papacy independently from the empire and excommunicated Frederick. The emperor attempted to establish the German states as preeminent in Europe and fought in ongoing wars with northern Italy. After making his peace with Pope Alexander III, Frederick embarked on the Third Crusade (1189) with Philip Augustus of France and Richard I of England. He drowned on the Third Crusade while trying to cross the Saleph River.

reason:According to legend, Barbarossa is not in fact dead, but sleeps in a hidden chamber underneath the Kyffhäuser mountain, sitting at a stone table. His beard has supposedly grown so long over the centuries that it grew through the table. As in the similar legend of King Arthur, Barbarossa supposedly awaits his country's hour of greatest need, when he will emerge once again from under the mountain. The presence of ravens circling the Kyffhäuser summit is said to be a sign of Barbarossa's continuing presence. While Charlemagne was the founder of the German/Frank states of old, no other German Emperor has been atributed such legendary features as in the case of Barbarossa- a true figurehead for a German civilization (after all, Bismarck lived merely in the later industrial time, the time before him being unaccounted for).

name: Queen Dido
Nation: Phonicia
Information: Phonicia was the leader in sea voyages in the ancient times before Rome. Queen Dido was the Queen of a phonician city-state and was runoff by her brother and founded Carthage.
reason: Although Carthage is found in the game I think that Phonica had a stronger impact on the world then Carthage.

Well... I'll have to reveal this...

I'm already working on this man... I'm going to release some preview pictures of him soon, perhaps this weekend, very probably along with some more previews of LHs I'm working on now, and the very probable release of Roosevelt, and with a bit of luck, Franco

If you take fantasy requests, here's mine

Name: Overtyrant Greasus Goldtooth
Country: Ogre Kingdoms
Info: Greasus Goldtooth assumed the Tyranthood of his tribe by killing and eating his own father. Since that time, Greasus has conquered many other Ogres tribes who at first refused to pay him tribute. The kingdom of the Overtyrant (as Greasus likes to be titled) has grown into a powerful and wealthy realm.

Those who challenge the Overtyrant usually end up as his next meal. When the time comes for battle, Greasus hefts his jewel-encrusted scepter and orders his Gnoblar servants to carry him into the thick of combat. The Overtyrant's wealth is so great that he is able to bribe many enemy units and inspire greed and confusion amongst the foe.

Actually he was of armenian blood:p. It's true that his dynasty is called the macedonian, but this is a misconception, his farther (or his grandfarther, not sure) originated from Armenia, and he always spoke greek with a bit Armenian accent.

Are you ever going to release Asoka?

Name: Hannibal Smith
Country: None but his leadership qualities are unquestionable.
Info: Named after the Carthaginian general who almost destroyed the Roman Empire 2220 years ago. Hannibal is the father figure, leader and plan maker of the A-Team - a group of Vietnam vets, framed for a crime they did not commit. After helping all the innocent people in the world he accepted a pardon from the military and settled down for a quiet retirement in Paradise City until..... <click on link in sig.>

I pity the sucka who doesn't second this request!!! ;)
