This is something i've been working on for ages and got a thought of maybe publishing it since i really love this mod+map and played plenty games on it.

some info:

Map is based on "Rise and Rule v.1.00.11" and i dont know if it works with newer versions. [EDIT: TESTED ON RAR 1.02 and working!]

Rise and Rule - Shorted version by slaja (250 turns)
"This is the Rise and Rule mod, a.k.a, Double Your Pleasure for Civilization 3: Conquests. NOTE: Capture the Flag rule is enabled to make the RAR Shipment units work. The mod does not play as a 'Capture the Flag' scenario. "

I made this scenario on RAR since it's the best mod i've ever played, thenks :)

Addons:
-Locked Alliances
-All Civs have 3 cities at start
-Each city have a palace and 2 people (to avoid razing cities)
-Culture gets important for getting resourses (also retain culture when capturing)

[EDIT:Some major changes to version 1.2:
-Each city now have a Tribal Guardsman to avoid early captures
-Added much resources
-Teams on locked alliances re-done]

There still might be something for you to edit :)

Some screenies attached.

OK here is a few tips to get started :)
-Cause theres workers around the map when starting, the techs are spreading very fast, so you got to trade techs real often or you'll get behind fast.. Building great library on this map really helps you out.
-Cash shouldn't be a problem for building a large military.
-You got to watch out for the locked alliance. Every civ is in a alliance, and if you're going to war against one who ain't your "real" enemy, soon you will end up having war against 24 civs (specially when mutual protection is available :)

Some of the downloaders (28 downloads on version 1.0), please give me feedback. Thanks.

I've done some more and more testing, and some small modifications just making it better and better.
I've played on nearly all difficulty levels and prefer demigod/deity with accelerated production on.
One more thing i changed to v1.2, the domination victory-points from terrain 50 -> 55% and population 55 -> 60%.
What I have noticed about the different difficultylevels, it doesnt actually change the AI's civ tech-changing, they all seem to get everything in just one turn (even if the rates are between 100 and 140)
