RGC4

For those of you who are not yet familiar with RGC (Rhye's of Civilization Goal-based Challenge,) it is a GOTM-like contest based on Rhye's of Civilization mod.
Every challenge has certain goals, not necessarily related to victory, and players get scores based on how well they complete the goals and bonuses for the challenge. So far we've had one wide-open military expansionist game as the Arabs, one more restricted colonial game, as the Dutch, and the last one featuring Atlantis and an action subgame inside the volcano.

Due to the upcoming release of Civ4, this will be the last RGC, so don't miss it!

The Great Wall?

In this challenge you'll play as the Mongols.
Part 1 will be much similar to the adventure in volcano of RGC3. It will let you visit Chinese valleys, capture the sheeps and kill civilians!
Part 2 will be more a standard RoC game and will offer two possible routes of conquest, with some restrictions like RGC2.

The Challenge will begin on Monday, October 31. It is currently in intensive playtesting by me and Silverknight.

Rhye's of Civilization Expanded, updated to version 1.23, is required in order to participate in this challenge.
You can find all the info hereas usual: http://rhyesciv.uw.hu/index2.php?nev=MC.html

gaias, you are subscribing isnt'it?

For some wierd reason this question is not making a whole lot of sense to me. As to what would I be subscribing to? Just really do not understand the context of the question.

I really want to play this challenge because Mongols are most definitely my fav of the Civs in RoC. I have played quite a few game with them (most won, few lost). One last good game before I lose myself in the black hole of depravity and decadence that is know as CIVILIZATION IV!!!.

Yeah yeah... I bought the damn game and feel to doom by my own prediction. Woe is my personal social life.

By the way lovin the new earth map for Civ4. Much better than the random maps that I have been playing. Just seem more right to play on a earth map than it does with a random. Oh well each to their own as they say. Heh. First civ I played with your map was the Mongols. What can I say I love dem horsemen. :)

because to have the file and join the challenge you have to subscribe to rgc.sub@gmail.com , as usual.

Ahh yes you are right (well of course you are right you are the one that made it :D). I will be doing so very shortly here. What cause the confusion on my part is that I remember with RGC2 the file was available for download. I just read on yoru site that you changed that with RGC3. Sadly I never did get a change to participate (Well I never really did participate in RGC2, considering I kept on breaking the multiple save rule :p ), and didn't know of the rule change. Guess I should have RTFM before I question the ALL POWERFUL AND ALL MIGHTY RULER OF RHYE"S OF CIVILIZATION!!!

Rhye I have a question for you. How exactly do I know that i have claimed victory in RGC4 part1? I am kinda confused about that and how I would tell I have accomplished the early victory goals.

Gah! I'm here, I'm here! This is the third time I've tried posting, I hope it works. My computer was taken out by my crazed step-dad who thought he could find out what kind of video card it had. Long story short, apparently one can't simply take the case off of a laptop and mess around with it... Best Buy got us going again. Hope the contest goes okay, and hope my laptop works again.
