I agree, he isn't. He just likes to change governments. He's evil, not insane. That is, it depends on one's definition of insane ofcourse. I guess that Sheep (as far as NESes go ofcourse, because its quite clear he's being that way on purpose) is somewhat mentally unstable, but Toteone is much crazier.
Btw, what about Amon Savag? If we consider Sheep insane, it would be unfair to leave Amon out.

i'm fairly certain that there are rules on the forum that state something about not making negative threads about other posters.
while i doubt that any of the mentioned NESers would mind (or even argue the point), i still dont like this kind of poll. seems a bit too negative.
plus, your question is realy vague. what do you mean by "insane"?
unpredictable, random (same realy), stupid, uncooperative, suicidal (in the games), grudge holding, takes games too seriously.......
there are a lot of definitions of insane for a game player.

Toteone is mildly psychotic (I've met him IRL) and certainly insane, judging by the number of his posts that seem to be written while high, channeling someone, or both.
Fantasmo has a rather (IC) overblown opinion of himself, and may be mildly insane.
silver just has a very negative opinion of humanity.

I think anouncing that you're "insane" negates the whole being insane. When its just known to the community, without having to be called it or anounce it yourself, is when you truly are known as it.
The only people I can think of that were "insane" without trying to be insane are sheep, amon, and anarchyrulz.

And by the meaning insane, I would guess you mean is that the players instigate wars, or actions typically referred to as unlawful?

I'm only insane in RL, as far as NESes go I am just IC, though most of the times playing at least slightly demented people. Should I put my candidature up as well?

personally, I view none of the abo0ve as in any measure "insane"(as if that lable is a good thing, all it actually means is that your a **** that no one either likes or trusts, but its your only distinguishing charicteristic) all of you are close, and strive for that wonderful goal, but never coem to it; with the "classic" insane people, they were all fo the above, except still likeable outside of an NES. by all counts, most of the people who act like ***** in an NES are ***** outside of them as well.
