"Urban Camo" Color Conversion of the Mechanized Infantry

How did you manage to just change the original color over to grey without losing all of the detail? I'm still learning PS while I mess with the textures, so any help is awesome.

Nice work mate! Once you do all of this different tanks in an urban scheme, gimme a pm so I can use them all, it'd be great to have some non desert storm tanks so to speak :B
 
While you did a great job, i peronally prefer the original colour... I wiould rather not lose it

EDIT:O.K. I did download, but I would like a button. Also, it is not loading. I think you need to create the NIF files.

P.S. Pardon the obsession with :)'s. I'm new and very exited.
