Unit SOunds Question

K...another question in my quest to shed my noobness...

I am using Goldwav and need to somehow make sounds that play...I have them and they are in the INI file...but they are silent when they should play...Im sure this is an issue with the bit rate or sampling speed...anyone know about this?...I couldnt find a tutorial...

{edit} Im talking about Unit sounds BTW...

I have no clue where I got this, but you can use this converter to make any necessary corrections. Best bet is to just convert every sound file that isn't an original from the game, it won't take that long, this thing works pretty quick at least on my machine. As far as I know, it's got unlimited uses and was probably made for free.
