Triumvirate Content Poll #1 (Rights of Elected Officials)

Should Elected Officers give up the right to vote/debate in Citizens Assembly topics as a price of holding high office? This is a multiple choice poll with two parts please choose one and only one option from each section.

Section 1: Which offices should these restrictions apply to:
Triumvirate only (President, Secretary of State, and Secretary of War)
Triumvirate and Cabinet
Triumvirate, Cabinet, and Speaker
All elected officials (the above plus Governors)

It's not a give-up. It's a rest of this power for the good of other powers IMHO.

The tri and the cabinet already have a big say in how the civ is run! (IMO the restriction should only apply to the tri, BTW). They will form and create opinions about certain points and they will have the power to to bring their point of view into the minds of many people... I'd (I'm a Newb, remember) think the tri will be consisting of citizens who are majorly involved in any way and therefore their opinions will be seen as important. So a restriction taking away 3 votes of their point of view won't harm but will encourage discussion, I think.

The tri will be recognised as powerful source of the game anyways and as soon as the citizens are no longer part of the tri, of course they can vote again...

Personally I think it's a good idea and I voted that they shouldn't be able to vote in the citizen's Assembly, whereas they absolutely should debate about the subjects especially since they will be very likely the Ones who bring a lot of these discussions and polls up...
