Including Civ IV Icons as Smilies

I think some topics (especially those in the strategy section) could be better if we had some of the icons from Civilization IV to be used as smilies (like the hammer, health, gold, etc.). It'd sure beat typing +1 happiness or +1 productivity or +1 commerce. Such big words!

I'll take the neutral side. There are a lot of things we'd like to abreviate with smileys, but we don't.
