This simple mod changes the "Global Warming" message to one that makes more sense. Think about it:
Source of the event: Nuclear explosions and meltdowns
Effects: Turns terrain into a desolate wasteland
I have no idea why they kept the label of global warming (which in past versions was mainly due to pollution, more than nukes) other than for sentimental reasons. So I changed the message to something more reasonable to believe:
Nuclear fallout strikes near City!
The Civlopedia entry is changed to:
Nuclear Winter
Use of nuclear weapons will release deadly radioactive fallout into the atmosphere, circling the globe on high-altitude winds and turning previously fertile tiles into useless desert. Prolonged nuclear exchanges will transform the world into an uninhabitable wasteland.
GlobalWarmingMessage.zip
Just place the two files in this folder, and merge them with existing files if you already have a mod there.

Updated to 1.1: Language localizations added. If there's any mistranslations (likely) point them out and I'll correct it.
