However the death is a little odd and on Attack A his cape goes through his shirt. But still keep up the good work!

In the first sentance, I think he's saying that he's looking for some more poser content creators to help him.... and in the second, I think he's wishing us Happy Holidays.... It's been a long ass time since I read or studied any Russian, so I can't be sure (and I may have made a few mistakes in transliteration as well).

It just so happens that I'm playing as the Russians in my current game.....

Way better than my first Poser unit...great job. I really and happy that not only has Civ3 not died, it seems MORE people are arriving all the time..kudos to Thunderfall for creation such a great site.

First Utah, now this, so many presents from people I`ve never actually met...

Okay... some constructive critisism..

1.the Run animation is really weird.. he looks a bit like he is ice-skating, and his upper body aint moving..

2.attack A anim has some cape issues... or maybe it got torn by an enemy`s blade

3.If you look at it with Alpha blend in FLICster there is a bunch of wierd dot-waves..., like he is leaving a trace or something..

4.the shield is a bit grainy..

All in all, a wonderfull first unit! I`m sure you can fix this few things..

Sure is a lot better than my first unit, which had various palette and alignment issues, very good to see new talent coming in.

Funny, this is about the same time last year that I started to get into my 'unit factory'

Can anyone post a preview?

Really wonderful. I can't believe it's a first unit. Looking forward to the 2nd, 3rd, etc... BTW, I like the run, it looks like he's sloshing through the snow.

Not bad at all , altough there are some things only half-way there
- run animation; the guy does not bounce, so it looks a bit like he's sneaking/skating
- large, small & unit32 pcx-files are not the correct size (they should be 128x128 and 32x32) nor they are not in 8-bit mode (256 colours)

It would be cool if somebody could post POSER 5 props like chainmail pants or streletz (early Russian gunpowder unit; have a couple converted from Cossacks here, IIRC) equipment.
