My first skin!:D Am new to this so all suggestions are welcome.
This is the Leopard skin outfit for the Warrior unit... Thought the original looked bland. I used a pre-made texture here and it took more time typing all this than the skinning part;)
Here the screen...

and the .dds...

Cool, now he is set for an afternoon out killing the aztec's or an evening at the disco. I like it!

For some reason this dds and Mumin's come out with a deep blue cast when I open them with Adobe Photoshop CS2. They are fine in game but hard for me to edit. I suspect there must be something about the program you and Mumin use as compared to Photoshop.

It looks like your app saves the Red channel in where Photoshop expects the Blue channel to be and vise versa.

Well I use Gimp for this, try opening it with this....

Its no problem once I found out what was going on, I just thought it was interesting and wanted to post it in case anyone else ran into the same issue.

I really like this Warrior but want to install him in my Custom Assets area rather than muck around in the game's install directories. Can anyone help me do so? I've got the Warrior file inside the CustomAssets/art/units directory but they're not loading into my game. I'm sure there's some step I'm missing.

Thanks in advance.

make a new folder in the units folder called "warrior" and put the file(s) in that.

CustomAssets/Art/Units/Warrior

It's very nice to hear you made GIMP :goodjob:
The skin doesn't look exactly like leopard, but still look good :)
