Well, here is a full scale spreadsheet of CIV4LeaderheadInfos.xml.

I used Mr.Will's v1.09 spreadsheet as a base, checked v1.52 changes and added all missing elements, including ContactRands, MemoryAttitudePercents, NoWarAttitudeProbs, UnitAIWeightModifiers and so on.

I hope, you'll find it useful for understanding some "strange" AI actions, as well as for editing new leaders in your mods. ;)

A very interesting document, any chance that there can be a brief description of what each one means? Some are obvious, others not so much.
 
I think Isak's xml reference is an exellent source for variables' descriptions. Though it's not completed yet, and I disagree with some of his descriptions.
 
This spreadsheet updated for patch 1.61.

Not many changes, but...

iAttackOddsChangeRand decreased from 10 to 8 (all leaders), 20 - 16 (Barbarian).

iNoTechTradeThreshold increased for 12 leaders (from 5 to 10, or 10 - 15).

Xml tags for Mao changed from MAO_ZEDONG to CHINESE_LEADER, but that doesn't affect his personality :D
