Since I've apparently been appointed (I've only seen one unnoficial post? ), this is the governor thread for this province.


Below is the potential provincial borders for this province.

Possible Provincial Name: Boaring Wallow (Hey, a state/province can have the same name as its' city. Look at Kansas City, Kansas. Boaring Wallow City, Boaring Wallow.)

One point I'll bring up, the capital city is prohibited from being in any province -- it will always be a standalone city with its own governor.
