Which AI is the best programmed?

This is ranked by:

- Realism of Cariciture (for the ancient ones, it's kind of hard to tell. Use your own judgement)
- Historical Representation of that AI in real life. I.E. I find Genghis Khan's tendencies to be much like they were in real life.
- Overall intelligence of that AI. Does he/she do stupid things a lot? Don't count the super-aggressive nature for Genghis or Monte for this unless they are a OCC and delcare on you or extreme cases like that. Don't count the xenophobic nature of Tokugawa since that's how he was in real life.
- Dialogue. CIV IV dialogue is supposed to be comical- I know. But the tone and mood of the leader's dialogue is somewhat reflected. Don't count this as much as the other criteria.
-EDIT: New criteria is the overall success of the leader in your experience

I often find that Catherine very often ends up being friends with just about every civilization and even a few horses (true to life...), as well as very powerful and wealthy. The caricature struck me as strange at first, until I realized that there's virtually no portraits of Catherine when she wasn't old, crusty, and in a dress that isn't 15 feet in diameter. Seeing "is that a treaty in your pocket or are you just glad to see me" made me laugh when I first saw it.
Overall, I'd say Catherine is the best programmed AI, since she will build strong friendships and then pick off the weak civilizations to try to pass you in the score, but without ever actually warring with you. Second place goes to Napoleon. I don't know how he does it, but he always ends up in the top 3 civilizations score-wise.

Honorable mentions: Frederick, Louis XIV, Cyrus, Mansa Musa and Huayna Capac.

I'd go with Mansa Musa, as one of the few AI's which is genuinely good at tech trading, and so maintaining a blistering tech pace.

Aye, I should add Mansa Musa to my honorable mentions. I like how he's generous just like in real life. One game I was behind a few techs and he actually gave me one as a gift (we had the same religion and open borders, only a 'pleased' attitude). Very nice guy.

Montyzuma by far :D I mean how can you beat a guy always randomly declareing war on civs he dosen't like ;)...even if thewy are half-way across the world and he has to cross 3 ais to get to them :p

I'll say Mansa Musa.

He has the Financial trait, and ingame is ALWAYS on top in techs (meaning tops in Commerce). What's more, he's always willing to trade with you, even if the other AIs have frozen you out ("we fear you becoming too advanced") or when he's pissed off at you.

...sounds about right for a man who was so rich that he single-handedly destroyed the value of Gold on two continents simply by going on a road trip!

According to criteria of OP in post 1, I have to pick Isabella.

Mansa Musa is pain is the ass. In my last game, he was friendly with me almost the whole game. i had been involved in alot of wars and was therefore far behind in tech, so i decided to research some expensive techs to trade with other backward AIs. But everytime i discovered a new tech, i found out that all other AIs also already had it and the one who traded (or just gave away for nothing) this tech was noone else rather than my only friend Musa. So even i had biggest land, biggest population, i could never catch them in tech and ended up losing the Space Race to Saladin
