Who invented the radioactive monkeys?
Why did they invent it?
When did they do it?
and What was the title of the first poll with the radioactive monkey option?

No, it was MrPresident .
He made it as a joke in his polls or something.
Awhile and to be funny.
Something in a democracy game where he was running for pres. They were originally "Green Atomic Monkeys".

Actually, I just found the very first post about radioactive monkeys (a little before it was popular and in polls). Also, the pic you missed was just one of a little glowing green monkey smilies I found a little it ago deep in the jungle that is ancient CFC.
