New Skaven Building: Screaming Bell (30/1/06)

Hi all

This is a Skaven-only improvement called the Screaming Bell, which i would set to decrease corruption and make one unhappy citizen content.

originally, it was going to be a unit, but it was pointed out it would be hard to implement as such, and much easier to incorporate as a building.

I also included a wonder splash in case someone wants to use it as a Wonder

Well, it could have been included as a magician-sort of unit, with a really weird attack

But as a building, that graphic isn't very good i'm afraid (clearly copyresizepasted from GW-site). And to be true to the mod creator, we really shouldn't use anything produced by GW.

But that wonder splash looks nice (if it's not from GW), and the buildings_large and -_small are okay too.

if you wanted to make it as a unit, go ahead...

I have to comment that it does look nice, and say no more, cos I have to think about all this GW and building-or-unit thingy to say.. some more
