Anarki's C3C Mini Expansion Pack 1.0 is a Mod designed to create an overall greater Civilization experience and also for my own personal entertainment. Unlike many Mods it doesn't include a massive quantity of units, buildings or civilizations, but instead strives to improve the current C3C experience, not alter it. The Mod includes improved graphics, new cilizations, leaderheads, units, buildings and slight modifications to the rules, plus more. I would also like to add that the Mod has no scenario and plays very much like a normal game of C3C, but hopefully better.

Details:

Various modifications to rules - Ability to build roads comes with The Wheel etc.

Graphical improvements - As well as new leaderheads and terrain the mod includes graphical improvements such as new advisor screens, tech boxes, buttons etc.

Various Terrain Modifications - Uses Snoopy's terrain with with various modifications i.e. new mountains, mines, irragation, borders etc.

New ambience SFX sounds - Thunder, Wave etc

6 new Units - Shock Infantry, Spy, Merkava, Chessman, Gladiator, Modern Armor (improved)

4 new wonders - The Great Temple, The Great Colleseum, The Sacred River, Area 51

2 new Civs - Hebrews, Egypt (new leaderhead)

Overall improved Gameplay

I don't have any feedback at the moment because I haven't played it (I only try things that have more details :p)
 
Not to sound asinine or anything, but can you explain it more in detail? Like what these units are etc. I'll probably dl and boot it up anyway though.
 
The new units are:

Shock Infantry: 30.12.1 at Integrated Defense (all)
Merkava: 26.18.3 Modern Armour (Israel*)
Gladiator: 4.2.1, spawned by a wonder at Construction
Spy: 1.5.1, hidden nationality spawned by Intelligence Agency
Chessman: 12.30.1 at Integrated Defense (all)

*Israel replaces Maya

Isn't the shock infantry overpowered?

The Gladiator sounds good.
Chessman. Is that a military unit? (sorry if it is and my english is not good enough to understand).
 
I understand. However, the Radar Artillery has 1 movement too. Players usually din't use R.Arty because it was slower, so they needed defensive units to escort. Now you can bring R.Arty together with it and destroy!!!
Anyway, after reading your post I changed my mind.
 
You would have to announce it everywhere and let everyone know what you created, otherwise nobody will know about this.
Also include more details and (most important) screenshots about this.

BTW, what graphic improvements are there?
 
I agree , you should say more about your mod ... what units/wonders/civs at least ... what rules modifications and what graphic improvs.
 
Well I'm excited to play with the spy unit. the spy being defensive and hidden nationality flag will mean it will be able to stqand the atacks against nonation units, but you will still be able to capture the workers all around.... hmmm sounds good but I don't have any clue if the ai will use them....
hmm Well I will download an try out....
