What do we know about Germany? Where are they? How do they feel about us?

I gave them Common Neighbor status because they are quite powerful, are in position to control one of the three known luxuries, and may border all of the civilizations we currently know. Geographically, they are neither enemy nor ally, but their nearness to a luxury resource (and perhaps the wines) makes me approach them with long-term caution.

According to the NIA files, they are cautious to not only us, but to everyone on this land. (+1)

i voted able partners because as our director of intelligence posted they are cautious to everyone so if we act quickly we can take advantage of this and increase our relationship to polite before any other civ.

I did suspect, because there power scares me, and after we destroy mongolia, we should ally with russia to keep them in check!

I agree with that foreing policy plan swiss, take out Mongolia, then ally Russia, and hopefully keep Germany as good freinds/neutral, but keep Russia as a better ally in the event that Germany turns hostile. however, curretnly, I don't believe they are threatening, and I don't think they've intruded anywhere near where we want to settle, so I gave them CN.
