I've been everywhere, man
Here are 2 units for the Moon mod: The Sandcrawler and Laser Cannon. Both are from Star Wars. Admittedly the laser cannon texture isn't the best, but for it's size I felt it was good enough. Unlike my other units, here I made the models and textures.

Both are low poly models. The sandcrawler is just over a 100 and the cannon is just over 200.

My next unit will be an ANIMATED Ju87 Stuka. Because I'm going on school break next week, it won't be out for a week or so.

ENJOY!

It's not like I was waiting for this post, but it'll look like I was! Many, many thanks smitty. Don't be gone too long. ;) YES!!!

I love the sandcrawler unit. I really need to get 3dsmax working on my comp so I can make some jawas. Or, if someone else would like to model a jawa unit...:mischief:

Finally, a decent turret design. :D

Yup, now we get to resize it 6 times to go Base, Bigger, Biggest, Super, Monstrous, and Gargantuan! :p

The sand crawler will most like be the colony pods. Seems kind of cool. :scan:

Did you Star Wars guys get the cannon to work in game? For some reason I can't get anything except the dreaded red blob and I've successfully added the crawler and a lot of other units. Strange.

edit - I was using the artillery as a base for the unit and it was giving the red blob. Switching to the tank made it work like a dream.

I cannot get the turret to work. Any help here?

I'm not sure why the difference in the .nif names, but maybe I renamed it. It's been a while.

Yeah, I see no difference either. Maybe I have a corrupted .NIF? I imported it into Blender and it looked fine. Maybe I'll d/l it again.

OK, did that. The Art XML doesn't even have this model in there. The Turrets are based on Artillery?

I think so. Amazing what you forget in a few months... :)
