He's supposed to be Rude, one of the Turks (Shira Spec ops/secret agents) from Final Fantasy VII.

Good Job, Sword... I might have to see about doing something about the lack of smoke in the attack animation though ;)

Edit: Cross-posted with Stormrage.

The Turks WERE spies

Pardon my ignorant. The last time I tried FF7 on PC the control was so choppy I gave up. :p

I agree it's a great unit. Not being in the know of those things FF, When I first saw it I thought james bond type unit as well. The fact that it can fit into so many mods not just FF is a great thing too.

I also agree it needs a little something for muzzle flash/firing smoke to round it out...

Great work SOG :goodjob:

Now how many times have I said that you need muzzle flashes? should I change my name to "Muzzleflash" so you don't forget or what?

Then you can call me MZ, or Emmezee. But Don't call me that.

Cool! And I did remember from the last time this unit was posted that it wasn't a Turkish unit of some sort...althought that doesn't mean I remembered what the unit, in fact, was of. I had to pop in and check, therefore.

Yea guys - whenever you make new units from WH, FF or what else, post some details on it, kuz some of us didn't play that.
Cool looking unit Sword:goodjob: - it could be used as an assassin or smthing in other mods; or as a replacement for Covert Operative.
What kind of weapon does he have ? It looks like a "normal" gun but i don't see any smoke.

Spoiler :
I am sad because there are no unit makers that do Heroes3 and Might&Magic(6-8), Warcraft, Diablo, Starcraft units like you all do WH&FF units:(.

...well, HC, you seem to have a point :D

So what those mods need are some commited modders..

Also, big news!
I have plans to make THE ELDER SCROLLS mod! But it might take a loooooooooooooooooooooong time, since changing civ colors in the editor is the high peak of my modding skills :D No, just kidding, I can change a unit or two :) I`ve been DL-in some programs from the utility forums, and I`m gaining strength to tackle Plotinus` tutorial :)

To much trouble. I use the computer mainly for fun and recreation, making units is WORK, and since I've been having alot of personal problems lately, i really don't need the stress.

Sword...this unit is one of your best so far :goodjob:

I do have some suggestions that would make it even better IMO.
1.Change the Flc Speed for the Fortify and Run flcs to 58...This simple change will make those animations look more natural rather than slow motion.
2.Open the Death animation in Poser and starting with the 1st frame from when he hits the Ground, adjust his body where it is at Ground Level...just click the top button called "Figure" then click "Drop to Floor". do this with all remaining Frames that follow. IF the Figure still has any body parts, such as the shoulder or head, that need to be moved to the Floor level, you can easily adjust them then. This task is simple and will improve the Death Position for the Turk where it looks more natural and his body is on the Ground.
Hope that my "suggestions" have not insulted you or all your hard work. This unit has many uses and is worth making those minor "adjustments".
...Keep up the Good Work for your Nice Units.

Yay! Thanks Vuldacon.... I was just about to make the gunflash, but now I don't have to.... I can now put more effort towards my next project!
