Dual Era **Progressive** Euro Cities

Now, I am sure some of you are probably wondering what I am talking about with "progressive". I'll tell you. This is a simple dual era cityset, in that it starts in the Ancient times and ends in the middle ages. The first set is a small town, the second era is a slightly larger town, and the third is an even bigger town, and the last is the Firaxis Middle ages Euro city.
