Ok, i thought about gathering here what combinations / switches of animations from one model to another work.
It is possible for some units to get the animation of another unit, just by changing the name of the nif files to the other units name and replacing the original.
For example:
Answer:
Copy and paste settler_female_128.dds, settler_female.nif, settler_female_fx.nif, settler_child_128.dds(if you need her staff).
rename settler_female.nif, settler_female_fx.nif
to aztec_jaguar.nif, aztec_jaguar_fx.nif.
Don't rename settler_female_128.dds, settler_child_128.dds.

This tells almost everything you need, textures still need to be named like the !model! u use.
Model has to be named like the one you want the animation from.
