I'm going to try and keep these simple, so the game is less struggling with stats and more playing (and hopefully faster updates).
Economy
The economy is central to your nation – being the mode in which you can increase your stats. The economy is measured in levels, each level having a certain amount of eco points that you can spend. If you have any profitable colonies or trade centres their profit will be shown after your base income. You may bank any unused eco points.
To grow an economy, you cannot spend any eco points received from the levels, and you must give a reason on how you are doing it.
You can sacrifice an economy level for an extra 3 eco points.
The levels go as follows, with the number in the parenthesis being the eco points gained from each level.
Ages are a simple way of showing how advanced your nation is, this effects how well their military fights and also if you can build certian weapons or projects. You will gain a new age when your nation is sutablely advanced.

Stability
An indicator of how stable your country is, if the level drops too low it can cause losses of economy points and will eventualy cause a cival war.

Self-explanitary, a break down of your armed forces. Units can be improved with research projects, their quality is also dependant on your age.
Projects
Like in most other NES, could be a new weapon, a way to improve the lives of your people or just a show of strength. Just tell me what you want it to do, and I'll tell you the price it will cost and time it wil take.
Colonies & Occupations
Simply lists areas under the direct control of the country, military presence and stability are given. Cononies can produce upto one extra economy point each, if the colony is good enough its income will noted in this section and added to you economy.
Representative
Players with no control over territory (occupied, colonise or rebels) but speak for the people of a country/province.
Orders
I would prefer orders via PM (2 max), try not to make them very simple list, elaborate on orders, eg explain how your troops advance in to your enemy's land or how that money is spent on improving people's lives. Stories will be

The five permanent members (marked in bold) posses veto powers, a single veto from a permanent member outweighs any majority. This is not technically a veto, rather just a "nay" vote; however any "nay" vote from a permanent member would block the passage of the resolution in question. The other seven seats are held by nation on a two year term (changes on every even year update, 48, 50, 52 etc), these nation do not hold veto powers. NOTE: I will attempt to only place active PC nation on this council.

Resolution 1 of the United Nations Security Council
The United Nations Security Council,
Realizing the negative effects colonialist has had, including, but not limited to, its contribution to the satart of WWI, exploitation of native populations, and fueling of resentment towards Europeans;
Taking into consideration the horrible effects colonialism has had on the native populations in many areas;
Emphasizing that the colonial powers have long profited from an exploitation of the subjugated peoples in the colonies;
Taking into account that a number of colonies have requested their independance from the colonial powers;
Further realizing that a denial of independance will lead to an armed struggle, posing a threat to the international security,
1. Calls upon all colonial powers to begin the process of decolonization;
2. Mandates that every colonial power prepare a reasonable time line for decolonization that provides for a fast, secure, and democratic transfer of power from the colonial power to local institutions;
3. Requests that every time line be reviewed by the Security Council;
4. Reserves the right to modify any time line submitted by the colonial powers to comply with the standards layed out in this resolution;
5. Emphasizes that failure to comply with this resolution will lead to serious consequences;
6. Remains committed to the liberation of subjugated peoples and the spread of demcoracy;
7. Decides to remain actively seized of the matter.

Resolution 2 of the Unitied Nations Security Council
The United Nations must first set a president as being a neutral body in any conflict. To achieve and ensure this goal we must first agree to send peace keeping forces instead of aiding one side of any civil war.
1. Members of the Security Council must contribute to a peacekeeping army to be sent to China. (Unless of course the nation does not have any forces to spare, and the number may of course be small)
All nations are members of the Assembly, each nation has a single vote, regardless of size or power. Unlike the Security council no members can veto resolutions.

General Assembly Resolution 1 – Freedom and Development Fund
I propose the establishment of a Freedom and Development Fund for reconstruction of the post war world. The general assembly will distribute these funds equitably with consideration of where they will do the most good.
With plans already on the table for rebuilding the economy and infrastructure of former enemies I hope that the United Nations will recognize first the efforts and sacrifices made by those nations that have fought alongside them and made this victory possible.
