Dear downloader of this file, by dling this file you have become a member of an elite minority, ussually numbering no more than twenty people, who for reasons of their own dl my work.
I am alarmed that people tend to dl twice as much, work which is either less original, or the result of complete copy/pasting. Storms are rageing against my work. Wars are hammering it. Aeons pass it by. Thunders fall without making it visible in the sky of civ3 moding. The support from some kings of the hellenistic world, an Antiochus, or one of the seleucids, is not enough to organise succesfull campaigns against Galicia, and hordes of dwarves and beasts capture the local imagination more than news of the building of a new city elsewhere in the empire.
All of this has left me dissapointed, and discouraged. Perhaps no more new cities are needed.
