Although it still opens, all of the playable civilizations have disappeared! Also, I can't start a new game, or do quickstart or tutorial (tried just to see if it would work) in vanilla version without first loading an old game. FIRAXIS, please find solutions to these problems!!![]()

apparantly, a file called "civ3mod" was nesscary, but I had previously deleted it because i didn't know. But I restored it from the recycle bin and the Editor works! I bet the civ3 vanilla bug is gone too.
strange, I can find the Conquests Editor but not the PTW editor. BTW, how do I unninstall the 1.22 patch? I wanna play C3C again, even if it's on 1.00!Turner said:Should be in submenus. Start/Programs/Infogrames Interactive/Civ3PTW/PTW Editor or Start/Programs/Atari/Conquests/Conquests Editor. Or go to the folder where the executable is and look for an application with 'edit' in the filename.
I think I'll try uninstalling C3C and PTW (but temporarily moving the unit packs so I can save them
), then installing C3C and see if that works.
